2.2 Delivery of Leads

Leads will be delivered via [email/SMS/CRM link] once payment is confirmed.

Delivery typically occurs within 10mins after payment, but timing may vary.

You are responsible for ensuring we have your correct delivery contact information.

2.3 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before leads are delivered.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are set per lead and may vary depending on category, exclusivity, or demand.

2.4 Refund Policy

All lead sales are final, except in the case of invalid contact information. Refund eligibility:

The lead contains both an unreachable phone number and an invalid email address.

You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Leads who do not respond to your outreach

Leads who choose a competitor

Leads outside your service area, unless pre-qualified by us

We make no guarantee that a lead will convert into a sale.

2.5 Lead Exclusivity

Exclusive Leads: Sold to only one contractor.

2.6 Compliance & Use of Leads

You agree to:

Follow all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and Do Not Call regulations.

Not resell or redistribute purchased leads without written consent.

Not use leads for unlawful or unethical purposes.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability, for any reason and regardless of legal theory, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the lead in dispute. We are not responsible for lost profits, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages.
